What are the check-in and check-out times?Check-in starts from 3:00 PM, and check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. If you need different timings, please contact the reception to check availability.

Is identification required for children at check-in?Yes, a valid identification document (ID card, passport, or residence permit) is required for all room occupants, regardless of age. If a child is not accompanied by one of the parents, an official declaration authorizing the stay with the accompanying adults must be presented. Without this document, check-in will not be authorized.

Does the hotel offer breakfast?Yes, breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. The cost is €15 for adults and €10 for children up to 10 years old.

Does the hotel have parking?We do not have our own parking, but we have a parking lot near to the hotel, at the moment of the check-in you can ask for more informations to our staff.

Does the hotel provide free Wi-Fi?Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, including rooms and common areas.

Is there an airport transfer service?Yes, we have airport transfer services upon request and for an additional fee. Please contact the reception in advance to schedule.

What are the cancellation policies?We have two types of cancellation policies: Flexible and Non-refundable. To know which terms apply to your selected rate, please check your reservation.

Can I cancel a non-refundable reservation?Non-refundable reservations can be canceled at any time. However, note that no refund will be issued for the charged amount. We offer flexible rates with cancellations up to 72 hours before the arrival date for bookings made through our website.

Can I modify my non-refundable reservation?Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify a non-refundable reservation.

Are all taxes included in the room rate?VAT is included in the room rate. The city tax is not included and must be paid at check-in. The city tax is €4 per person, per night, up to a maximum of €28 per person per stay, for guests aged 13 and above.

Does the hotel have a restaurant?Yes, we have an on-site restaurant serving à la carte dishes for lunch and dinner, and you can enjoy a 10% discount. Additionally, we have a rooftop bar with an incredible view of Lisbon’s historic center.

Does the hotel offer room service?No, we currently do not offer room service. However, our restaurant is available for on-site dining.

Are there rooms adapted for guests with reduced mobility?Yes, we have rooms adapted for guests with special needs. Please inform us when making your reservation to ensure availability.

Is it possible to add an extra bed to the room?Yes, depending on the room category (Family, Pombalino, and Pombalino Superior), we can put an extra beds upon request for an additional fee of €25 per night. The maximum number of extra beds per room is one.

Is the hotel close to tourist attractions?Yes, we are located near several popular attractions such as Praça do Comércio, Santa Justa Lift, Rossio, and Rua Augusta. Our reception team can provide maps, tourist information, and tour services.

Do you offer laundry service?At the moment, we do not offer laundry services. However, our team can recommend nearby laundromats.

Is there an age limit for making reservations?Yes, the main guest must be at least 18 years old to book and stay at the hotel.

Is smoking allowed in the hotel?No. The Lisbon Art Stay Hotel is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is prohibited in rooms, apartments, balconies, elevators, public areas, breakfast room, and restaurant. Failure to comply will result in a €500 fine.

Will my room be noisy?As we are located in the center of Lisbon, a very lively area, some level of external or internal noise may occur. However, all our rooms are equipped with double-glazed windows to minimize noise. If you have difficulty sleeping, we can offer an alternative solution.

Do you accept pets?Unfortunately, we do not accept pets at the hotel.

What are the benefits of booking online?The Lisbon Art Stay website always offers the most competitive prices. Additionally, there are exclusive discounts available only when booking directly with us.

How can I make a special request, such as a specific bed type, flowers, cake, etc.?If you wish to make a special request, please add a comment during the final step of your booking. These requests are subject to availability. Alternatively, you can contact the hotel directly.

Do I need to present my credit/debit card at check-in?It is always necessary to present a credit card at check-in for security purposes or for damages caused.

What documents are required at check-in?A credit/debit card and the ID or passport of all guests will be required.

Does the hotel have an elevator?Yes, we have elevators in all our buildings and floors.

Does the hotel provide amenities?Yes, in the rooms, you will find amenities such as shower gel, shampoo, and towels.

Is cleaning provided?Yes, we offer daily cleaning. Generally, cleaning is done between 2:30 PM and 5:00 PM, but we can accommodate earlier cleanings depending on availability. If you do not wish your room/apartment to be cleaned, please place the “Do Not Disturb” sign outside the door. If you want the room cleaned, use the “Please Clean the Room” sign.

Can the hotel store my luggage while I wait for check-in or after check-out?Yes, we offer free luggage storage for our guests while waiting for check-in or after check-out. If you wish to leave your luggage with us for a longer period, there is an additional cost of €5 per bag per day, subject to availability.
